What kind of group trips do you plan?
End-to-end trips for families, friends, office teams and student groups: hill retreats, wildlife treks, beach holidays and educational industrial visits (IVs), each planned around your group.
How does booking work?
Use Quick booking for general trips or the School / college trip form for institutions. Add your destination, dates and number of travellers, send it on WhatsApp, and we reply with an itinerary and quote.
Can you plan a trip for a reunion, farewell or birthday?
Yes. We offer special packages for birthdays, farewells, family reunions and anniversaries. Tell us what you need in the enquiry form or on WhatsApp.
What is included in the quote?
One clear price per person or per student, covering travel, stays, hygienic meals, guide-led activities and a day-by-day itinerary. No hidden costs.
How safe are treks, boating and water activities?
Safety comes first. Treks are guide-led on marked trails, life jackets are mandatory for boating, and water sports use certified operators with safety gear and a briefing.
How do I pay for a group booking?
Pay a 25% deposit to confirm your dates, vehicles and stays. Pay 50% at least 30 days before departure, and the balance at least 15 days before departure.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
15 days or more before travel: full refund. 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% refund. Within the last 7 days: no refund.
Who looks after students on school and college trips?
The institution's teachers and staff supervise the students, with at least one teacher for every 15 students. We handle travel, stays and meals, with a 24/7 helpline (call, WhatsApp or email) for staff and parents.
Is insurance included?
No. For school and college trips, the management arranges medical and accident insurance for students and staff. For other group trips, please buy your own travel insurance before you travel.
Can I plan a trip to a place that is not listed?
Yes. Choose Other in the destination list, tell us where you want to go, and we will check what we can arrange.
